NRI supports backbone system of the Konica Minolta Group with the Senju Family
NRI's "Senju Family" is a system management solution that delivers operational safety and reliability. It consists of server and network device monitoring, job management /configuration management functions, and tools for efficient client system management, such as "Runbook Automation" for automated system recovery and "Service Desk Tool" for implementing ITIL practices. In 2006, Konica Minolta Information System chose Senju Family for server surveillance and automation in job management and configuration management. The choice was based on the Konica Minolta Group's decision to focus more on the stability of backbone system operation, the solution's outstanding user-friendliness and the group's expectations toward NRI's support policy. The Senju Family implementation has realized the group's plan for efficient and reliable system management and administration and facilitated compliance with J-SOX provisions on financial control.
