Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. (NRI: Tokyo; Tadashi Shimamoto, President, CEO & COO) today announced its company's ranking on the FinTech 100, an annual international listing of the top vertical technology vendors that derive more than one third of their revenue from this industry as named by American Banker, Bank Technology News and IDC Financial Insights.

NRI was ranked 9th on the list of financial technology companies that were judged according to their global revenues.

The ranking of the top vendors is evaluated based on calendar year-end revenues and the percentage of revenues exclusively attributed to financial services. Data is gathered from surveys completed by vendors, as well as original research and market analysis conducted by IDC Financial Insights.

NRI will offer the customer a reformative solution in a global financial service market in the future.
