Mechanisms for employee training
NRI executes various manpower training programs through organic integration and combination of 1) on-the-job training, 2) training courses and programs, and 3) individual study. The company assists employees in acquiring advanced IT qualifications in order to train highly specialized experts and at the same time has set up an internal certification system. NRI also has a Human Resource Development Center that provides various types of employee training.

Efforts are also directed toward developing mechanisms and an environment that foster employee motivation and self-fulfillment through effective utilization of the individual's potential. Under the policy and system supporting this aim, NRI upholds the importance of performance, achievements and capabilities, and implements a merit-based work scheme and a job assessment and manpower development system.
